1. Personal information we process
When you send an inquiry through the contact form we process: your name, your email address, your phone number if you provide it, the topic you select, and the short description you write. When you book and pay for a session we also process the payment confirmation reference.
We do not use analytics, advertising cookies, or third-party tracking. No analytics or third-party tracking runs on this site.
2. Purposes of collection and use
We use your personal information only to:
- reply to your inquiry and confirm a session time;
- prepare for the consultation from the description you send;
- send you the written one-page plan and one follow-up email;
- keep a record of the consultation for our own reference.
We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or sale to third parties.
3. Retention and use periods
Inquiry data is retained for twelve months after the last contact, then deleted. Records of a paid consultation are retained for five years to support tax and consumer-protection obligations under Korean law, then deleted.
4. Third-party sharing
We share your information only when required by law, or with the payment provider that confirms your session fee. We do not transfer personal information outside Korea except where a payment processor does so as part of processing the fee.
5. Your rights as a data subject
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (개인정보보호법) you have the right to access, correct, delete, and suspend processing of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@pixelstream-core.digital or call +82 2-869-4173. We respond within ten business days.

7. How inquiries are handled technically
The contact form posts your input as JSON to a same-domain handler at /api/inquiry on this domain. That handler is used only to respond to your inquiry. No information leaves the domain except the payment confirmation described above.
8. Cookies and local storage
This site stores only your consent choice in your browser under the key psfp_consent. No analytics or advertising cookies are set. See the cookies page for the full inventory.
9. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we update this page and note the change in the footer copy. Material changes are communicated by email to clients with an active consultation record.
