Eligibility
A consultation session fee is refundable under the conditions below. Sessions are paid in advance; the refund goes back to the original payment method.
Full refund — cancellation 48 hours or more before the session
If you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled session time, the full fee is refunded. No questions, no penalty.
Partial refund — cancellation between 24 and 48 hours before
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before the session, 50% of the fee is refunded. The other half covers the preparation work already done from your twelve-month intake.
No refund — cancellation less than 24 hours before, or no-show
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the session, or do not attend, no refund is given. You may rebook a new session at the standard fee.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule a session once at no cost, provided you do so at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Further reschedules are treated as a cancellation and a new booking.
Work already started
If a session has begun and is interrupted by you, no refund is given for the interrupted portion. If it is interrupted by us, the session is rescheduled at no cost or refunded in full at your choice.
Deposits
No deposits are taken. The full fee is paid at booking.
Processing time
Refunds are processed within seven business days of the request. The time the amount appears in your account depends on your payment provider.
Refund method
Refunds go back to the original payment method only.

Email info@pixelstream-core.digital or call +82 2-869-4173 with your booking reference. We confirm receipt within two business days.
Exceptions
If a session cannot go ahead because of an error on our side, a full refund is offered regardless of timing. If you cannot attend for a medical or family emergency, contact us and we will apply the full-refund terms case by case.
Consumer-protection note
These terms are written alongside the consumer-protection provisions of the Act on the Consumer Protection in the Electronic Commerce, etc. (전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률). Where a statutory right gives you more than this policy, the statutory right applies. Specific timeframes above are proposed and pending business confirmation.
