1. About these terms
These terms apply to consultation sessions booked with PixelStream Financial Planning, an individual business (개인사업자) registered in Seoul, Republic of Korea. By booking a session you agree to them.
2. What we provide
We provide one-to-one financial-planning consultations built around financial organization and budgeting for creative professionals. A session walks through your budget, your cash flow, your tax set-aside, and the way your income is organized. We do not offer licensed investment advice, recommend specific securities, or manage assets.
3. Booking and payment
A session becomes confirmed once we accept the inquiry and the fee is paid. Fees are denominated in KRW. The price covers the consultation, a written single-page plan, plus a follow-up email within seven days. A first consultation and follow-up sessions are KRW 150,000 for 60 minutes; a year-end review is KRW 250,000 for 90 minutes. The fee is finalized at booking; the commercial terms remain proposed and pending business confirmation.
4. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are set out in full on the refund page. In summary: a session cancelled at least 48 hours in advance is refunded in full; later cancellations are handled case by case.
5. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when you send an inquiry, and to send the twelve-month intake breakdown honestly. A plan is only as good as the shape of the income you describe.
6. Our responsibilities
We hold your personal information under the terms of the privacy policy. We do not sell products on commission, accept referral fees, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
7. Limitation of liability
A consultation is educational planning, not a guarantee of financial outcomes. We are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of a session. We are liable for the standard of care expected of a financial-planning consultant under Korean law.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Seoul.
